aka. the bird
I scream a lot about games, manga, anime, and drawing. Do not fear; that is just how I normally communicate. By screaming.

Akiba’s Trip 2 will disrobe in the U.S. ⊟
Acquire’s PS Vita and PlayStation 3 game about vampires feasting on the energy of otaku in Tokyo’s Akihabara district — vampires who you can only destroy by stripping off the clothes that protect them from sunlight — is coming to PS Vitas and PlayStation 3s in North America this summer with both physical and digital releases.
Xseed is publishing the game as Akiba’s Trip: Undead and Undressed for the States, and intends to offer Japanese audio (it’s looking into offering dual audio). Yes, it’s pretty much all fanservice, but as Xseed’s Hatsuu points out, “the game is equal opportunity stripping for both males and females, even if Japanese marketing shows only females.”BUY PS Vita, upcoming games
what a time to be alive, first conception now this
Oh god I feel this so hard
Subtle changes that destroy the uniformity of a sequence of book/disc spines are annoying enough, but what about a series in a long-established standard size (pocket, trade) whose latest title is a different size?
Sometimes this means not just that the later book(s) look different because the new size usually comes with a different art style as well, it often means that if the earlier books are a truly standard size - pocket paperback jumping up to trade is classic - then this new book can’t be shelved with the rest of them and has to to go on a completely different shelf.
It’s a level of irritation impossible to explain to someone who hasn’t had it happen.
